Five days focused on how FP1 and FP3 are actually executed, in real surgeries, with real patients.
Participants see how complex cases are planned, how decisions change during surgery, and how problems get solved when things don’t go exactly to plan.
From the first incision to the final prosthetic decision, every step is followed in real time. Adjustments, problem-solving, and the fine details explained as they happen.

Payment is made online through our website, using the payment methods available at checkout.
Tuition, all hands-on materials, coffee breaks, and the social programme (Douro River boat experience + social lunch). Travel and accommodation are not included.
Yes. In addition to the clinical programme, the All-on-X Full Experience includes organised social activities designed to complement the learning experience.
Participants will take part in a Douro River boat experience, offering a relaxed setting to connect with colleagues and faculty, as well as a social lunch, creating space for informal discussion, exchange of clinical experiences, and networking outside the surgical environment.
These moments are intended to strengthen professional relationships and extend learning beyond the course sessions, in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
Participants arrange their own accommodation. The school is in downtown Porto (Rua de Santa Catarina); Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is about 30 minutes away by car or metro. A few options within walking distance:

A laptop with Exocad and Blue Sky Bio installed for the Day 4 planning workshop. If you use magnification loupes, bring your own. All surgical instruments for the hands-on sessions are provided.
Every participant has their own model. As this is a large class, some equipment is shared in pairs.
The live surgeries (Days 2 and 5) are demonstrations performed by the instructors. You observe and follow every decision in real time; your own hands-on work is on models and biomodels (Days 1 and 3).
Clinicians with implant experience who want to take on full-arch and extreme-atrophy cases with more clarity and confidence.
By reserving your place, we stop accepting registrations for that spot. If you cancel your participation, the amount paid to secure your reservation will not be refunded.
The course is taught in English.

Dr. Pedro
Moura
At Foramen we are fully committed to taking care of you and the success of your career.
Dr. Pedro Moura is the founder and pedagogical coordinator of Foramen Dental Education. With advanced training in implantology and periodontology, he has led numerous courses in full-arch surgery, soft-tissue management, digital dentistry, and autogenous grafting.
He currently directs the Master in Surgery – Clinical Residency, guiding 16 residents through an intensive 10-month program. His clinical practice is exclusively surgical.
Dr. Paulo
carvalho
Dental Surgeon, University of Porto, Portugal (FMDUP). Completed postgraduate studies in Implantology at Centro Formacao, Portugal. Advanced course in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Autotransplantation at the postgraduate center Implant Brazil. Graduated from postgraduate programs in Mucogingival and Periodontal Surgery. Completed a residency in Aesthetic Dental Rehabilitation at Foramen Dental Education.
Instructor for private courses in Implantology and Oral Rehabilitation. Presented at several national and international conferences. Previously collaborated with the University of Porto, Portugal.
